A brief history lesson if you will bear with us for a moment.
The year was 1978, and on one blustery Christmas eve, the founder of our company sat impatiently in a small suburb of Chicago at his grandparents home, desperate for his turn to open his present. When it was his turn to open, he was happy with his gift… Until he saw what his aunts and uncles hooked up their gift to the television.
The Atari 2600 sprung to life and with it that boys life long obsession with gaming was born. He spent an untold number of hours on that console, at least until he managed to convince his family to purchase a Commodore 64 a few years later for him.
Since that time, consoles and computers have come and gone, but a love of gaming has stuck with the boy, who had grown up, and has passed the love of gaming to his children.

We’re gamers, imbued within the fabric of our very being since some of our earliest childhood memories. From old school consoles that had less power than modern calculators ** Yes they still make them ** to today’s modern consoles, computers, and VR systems, we’ve been there every step of the way.
Now when we say gamers, we don’t just mean the digital amusements. We’re also well versed in the ways of tabletop, card, and board games. We’ve all felt the thrill of rolling a natural 20, and the crushing defeat at getting the draw 4 card thrown at us when we were down to our last card.
We’ve built lasting friendships around a kitchen table until 3 AM hopped up on caffeinated beverages and chips. We’ve had rivalries form and dissolve over who had hotels on what property. We’ve helped friends from the other side of the world vanquish hordes of giant insects using nothing more than our swords and a few carefully crafted spells.
It’s with all of this in mind that we say we are gamers, who happen to make games. We hope by doing so, we can contribute to further friendships being forged, additional good times being shared, and joyous memories being formed.
